Where do we deliver?

Corolle.com delivers your packages only to Metropolitan France, Corsica, and the Principality of Monaco via Colissimo (within 48 hours of order shipment) or TNT (in mainland France only and the Principality of Monaco, within 24 or 48 hours).

 

We also deliver to Belgium via Colissimo (in 5 to 6 days).

 

Any order placed before 10:00 AM for TNT shipment is normally delivered the next day before 1:00 PM.*

Shipments are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, and are confirmed by email.

 

The delivery times stated above apply to products in stock at the time of the order, for online payments (other than by check), and outside of sales and Christmas periods, when delivery times may be exceptionally longer.

 

Corolle reserves the right to temporarily suspend a delivery zone or delivery method.

Some products on the website are not available for delivery to all eligible countries.

 

 

 

What is the delivery charge?

Free delivery on orders over €79.99: shipping costs are free for any order over €79.99, for home or relay delivery, excluding TNT express delivery.

 

 

For delivery in France and Corsica:

 

Within 2 to 3 business days from the date of shipment:

HOME DELIVERY via Colissimo :

For delivery without signature , the amount is €7.90.

For secure delivery, requiring a signature upon receipt, the amount is €9.90.

 

IN RELAY :

Via Mondial Relay , the amount is €5.90 .

Via Colissimo (Post Office or Collection Point) , the cost is €7.90 .

  Note: for orders of €99.99 or more, only delivery to a Post Office is possible for security and service quality reasons.

 

 

 

Within 24 to 48 hours from the date of dispatch:

For home delivery via TNT , the cost is €14 .

 

 

 

 

For delivery to Belgium , the amount is:

 

€8.90 via Colissimo.

 

What are the delivery times?

For delivery in France via Colissimo:

 

Whether delivered to your home or to a collection point, delivery times are 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch of the order.

 

 

 

For delivery in France via TNT:

 

The delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours from the date the order is shipped.

 

 

 

For delivery in Belgium:

 

The delivery time is 5 to 7 working days from the date the order is shipped.

 

 

 

These delivery times do not include order preparation time.
